Quinoa Cranberry Salad

Ingredients

    *Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1/2 C cooked
    Salad Pizazz Raspberry Cranberry Walnut Frisco 5 tbsp
    Lime Juice, 2 Tbsp
    Honey, 2 tbsp
    Spinach, fresh 1/2 cup
    Onions, raw, 1/4 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 tsp

Directions

Blend lime juice, honey garlic and onion in food processor. Add to quinoa and Cranberry Salad topping. Chill.
