IntroductionThis is a whole dinner in one pan. The flavors mix so well together that it tastes amazing. It is also a great meal for those watching carbs and fat. This is a whole dinner in one pan. 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
2 Medium sized potatos, baked and cubed
2 cups onion chopped
2 cups steamed chopped broccoli
1 cup chopped bell pepper
4 tsps chopped fine garlic
Take 2 tsps garlic and .5 cup onion and saute with chicken pieces in frying pan with .5 cups water until chicken is cooked and water is evaporated; add seasonings to taste (I use onion and garlic powder, a little salt, pepper, and about 1/2 tsp oregano).
Add .5 cup water, rest of garlic, onions, bell pepper and cut up baked potatoes and saute until onions and peppers are glassy. Add cooked broccoli and stir all together well, add more seasonings if necessary, to taste. Serves 4 people approximately 1 1/2 cups each... very filling and very tasty... and practically fat free.
