1 1/2 lbs chicken breast boneless and skinless
2 cups fresh mushrooms sliced
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
16 oz light sour cream
1 C skim milk
5 T butter
3 oz white wine
16 oz cooked pasta
On waxed paper, combine flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg; use to coat chicken breasts. In same skillet in remaining butter, over medium-high heat, cook the chicken breasts until browned on all sides.
Stir in sour cream, milk, wine and mushrooms; heat through. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender.
Serve over pasta
