Ingredients

    1 cup shredded cheese
    2 tbl flour
    2 tbl margarine
    1 cup skim milk
    2.5 oz light velveeta

Directions

melt butter. add flour. add milk and stir until thick. add cheese. melt. makes 1.5 cups (1/4 cup serving)
