    Ground beef, lean, 32 oz
    Saltine Crackers (Saltines), 10 cracker
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 2 tsp
    Salt, 0.25 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Milk, nonfat, 0.25 cup
    *A1 steak Sauce, 1 tbsp
    *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.75 cup
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 5 tbsp

Directions

MAKES 8 SLICES

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT KETCHUP AND FORM INTO MEATLOAF. PLACE KETCHUP ON TOP.
PUT ON RACK TYPE PAN SO GREASE DRAINS.
BAKE AT 375 FOR 30 MINUTES COVERED WITH FOIL. REMOVE FOIL AND BAKE FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTES.
