Mushroom Faux Rice

Introduction

If you like rice but are watching your carbs, then this is a must. If you like rice but are watching your carbs, then this is a must.

Ingredients

    1 Mediun Head Cauliflower
    1/2 Pound White Button Mushrooms chopped
    1/2 Pound Portabella Mushrooms chopped
    2 Tbls Chopped onion
    1 Tbls chopped fresh Rosemary
    3 Garlic Cloves minced
    2 Tbls butter
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    .5 cup water

Directions

Start by sauting the mushrooms, garlic and onion in a skillet with butter, in the mean time cut up cauliflower and put into food proccesor and pulse until the consistancy of rice. You can also use a grader and grade the cauliflower. Dissolve the bullion cube in a cup of boiling water. When the mushrooms and onions are tender add the cauliflower, rosemary and bouillon to the skillet, cook for about 15 minutes until tender, turing and stirring to keep from burning
