Introduction

This is a homemade version of a Vegetable soup from Chilis Restaurant. VERY High in FIber!! This is a homemade version of a Vegetable soup from Chilis Restaurant. VERY High in FIber!!
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    Mixed vegetables, Kidney beans, Spicy diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Chicken Broth, Corn chips.

Directions

Put all ingredients in a pot and let simmer for 2 hours. Add more broth if you like a thinner soup, or more corn chips if you like a thicker soup. Makes 9 8oz. servings.
