Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 T. Soy sauce
10 t. dijon mustard
1/3 cup honey
6T. Smart Balance light with flax oil
Directions
Wash and dry chicken breasts.
In double boiler mix all other ingredients and cook on low-med heat until well mixed
let cool 10-20 minutes
place chicken breasts in baking dish and cover with sauce
refrigerate over night
when cooking (next day, or two... your choice)
cover with aluminum foil and cookat 350 for 45 minutes
remove foil and baste every 5 minutes for 15 minutes.
serve over rice

it's not oil, it's butter.. or smart balance light (which I use) and 1/2 cup or so of dijon mustard

I noticed that myself, but when I go to edit, it's there. I use 1T. and add it to the ingredients in the pot...
