Introduction

This is a much lighter version of the heavy Fettuccine Sauce which is served over the noodles of your choice.

It's also good with other things added in the sauce. So versatile. Just use your imagination.

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 Tablespoons real butter

    2 cups 2% milk

    1 cup Tap water

    2 Tablespoons white flour

    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

    salt (to taste)

    freshly ground black pepper (if you like it)

    dash cayenne pepper (to taste)

    * Ronzoni Smart Taste- Fettucini, or Rotini

    fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Melt butter in a sauce pan - add in the flour and stir it till bubbly. Pour in milk and water... Cook till thickened. Toss in cheese and garlic powder, cayenne, stir till melted.

cut off heat... server over noodles of choice. Top with the chopped parsley
