Ingredients

    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice(about 1 lemon)
    1 tsp olive oil
    3 small garlic cloves
    1/2 tsp dried oregano
    1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions

In a mini food processor or blender, combine the lemon juice, oil, garlic, oregano, ground pepper, and 2 tablespoons water; puree.
