    Beef, round steak, 2 oz
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 0.12 cup (2 tbsp)
    Asparagus, fresh, 1 cup
    Peppers, red bell .25 cup
    Yellow bell peppers .25 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices
    Zucchini, baby, 1 medium, diced
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1/2 cup
    Whole Wheat Rotini, 2 oz (1/2 c dry)
    La Victoria Thick 'N Chunky Salsa, Medium, 2 tbsp

Directions

Cook pasta
Brown meat
Steam asparagus and mixed veggies
