Introduction

This really is better than the high fat bland chicken salads that I've had in the past. This really is better than the high fat bland chicken salads that I've had in the past.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb. shredded chicken
    5 baby carrots
    1/4 cup red peppers, chopped
    1/4 cup Craisins
    3 sprigs fresh dill
    1/4 cup light mayonnaise
    2 tsp. dijon mustard

Directions

Take leftover chicken and shred it. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Serve by itself, on a salad, or as a sandwich.
