This cake is really tasty and very moist. It doesn't need frosting (and that's usually where the evil lies in cake!) Ingredients

1 box Betty Crocker spice cake mix
1 can (15 oz) solid-pack pumpkin
1/3 cup organic cane sugar
3 eggs
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into greased Bundt pan and bake at 350* for 45-60 minutes, or until it passes the "toothpick test"
