2c. dry Whole Wheat Elbow Mac
1 jar marinara sauce(24oz.)
2 cans mushrooms(4oz)
1tsp garlic minced
1/4c. onion diced
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
1 sm to med zucchini(about1 1/2 c.) diced or shredded
Mix all ingredients in skillet and cook and stir until vegitables and mac are done. I diced my zucchini in small chunks, but I have also shredded it to hide in the sauce also.
Add hamburger for a non vegitarian meal (not included in nutritonal information)
