Peanut Butter flax cookies

Ingredients

    *Flour, white, .75 cup (remove)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, .75 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, .5 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, .25 tsp (remove)
    *Canola Oil, .25 cup (remove)
    Peanut Butter, smooth style, .5 cup (remove)
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 6 tbsp (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove)
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed (remove)
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .33 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 1 fl oz (remove)

Directions

Mix flour, leavenings, salt together. In mixer blend, oil, PB, flax, egg substitute, sugars and water until well blended. Add flour mixture and blend well. Chill for an hour until dough can be rolled in hand. Roll out 1" ball, place on prepared cookie sheet while oven preheats to 375. Flatten with a fork dipped in flour or sugar with crisscross pattern. Bake 9-11 minutes.
