Light Graham Cracker Muffins

Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2.5 Cups Low Fat Graham Crackers, any flavor, crumbled
    1/4 Cup Sugar
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    2 Tbs Honey
    1 Egg
    1 Cup Skim Milk

Directions

Crush graham crackers.
In a mixing bowl, combine graham crackers, baking powder, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in milk, egg, and honey until it becomes a batter. Spoon the batter into 10 muffin cups.

Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
