Tuna Noodle Casserole

Introduction

My son loves this, you can add pretty much any veggie to it, add mushroom soup. You can cut it down the fat and calories and sodium using the healthy request soups. Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2- 6 oz. can Bumble Bee Tuna in water
    1- can Cream of Celery soup
    1/2 C. Milk
    1 medium onion chopped
    1-2 tsp minced garlic
    1 Tbsp Brummel & Brown original
    1- package frozen peas
    1 Tbsp- Dill Weed (adjust to your taste)
    1 tsp. fresh black pepper (or more or less to your taste)
    1- box whole wheat elbow macaroni
    1-2 oz- Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Cook macaroni according to package directions.

While pasta is cooking, melt butter in sauce pan and sautee onions until translucent, about half way through add minced garlic.

When the onions and garlic are done add the soup and milk. Add in dill weed and pepper to taste and tuna. (You can add cheese if you'd like too)

Last couple of mins add peas in with pasta. When pasta is done (approx. 8 mins) then drain, mix pasta and tuna mixture together.

Shred cheese over top of casserole and place in 350 oven for about 20 mins.
