  • Incredible!

This recipe has been a crowd pleaser for months now. It's a staple dinner time dish for our family. My husband isn't a fan of healthy foods, but he raves about this to everyone. I also use fat free plain greek yogurt (as a substitute for sour cream) and hot salsa, instead of the tomatoes. Yummy! - 2/6/10

I made these fajitas, as well, but grilled the veggies and chicken and it was fantastic! Served it with fresh guac and homeade salsa! Yum! - 9/4/08

  • This was super tasty. For the marinade, I also added fresh cilantro and cumin to add just a bit more flavor, and used Smoked Jalapeno Tabasco sauce which gave it a nice smokey flavor as well. - 6/7/12
