2 c. Cornmeal 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 2 cups buttermilk (low fat)
Combine Cornmeal, sugar, flour and salt in bowl. Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk. Add to cornmeal mixture; mix well. Pour into buttered 5x9 inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 1/4 hours or until golden brown and firm in center.
