Quick and easy meal too!
Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients
-
1.5 pounds (5-6) boneless pork chops
Dry Rub:
1/2 Tbs Ground Ginger
1 tsp garlic salt
2 Tbs garlic powder
2 Tbs Rubbed sage
1 tsp ground celery seed
2 tsp onion powder
Cooking Sauce
1/4 C. Lea & Perrins marinade for chicken
1/4 C. Chardonnay Vinegar (white wine vinegar can be substituded as well as cider vinegar)
3 tbs butter
Directions
Mix all ingredients for dry rub in a medium sized bowl (large enough to fit a pork chop in)
place pork chop in dry rub and coat well, set aside.
Heat medium skillet over med. heat. melt butter in skillet first, then add liquid ingredients, whisk together. When at a soft simer add in pork chops.
depending on thickness, 4-5 minutes on each side for cook time.
the sauce in the pan should have thickend by end of cook time. you can drizzle over pork chops for added flavor or leave it as they are.
I like to use thin cut boneless chops, but regular cut chops work well too. just takes a bit longer cook time.
Makes 5-6 servings. Goes great with a side of mac n cheese or apple sauce! :)
