Creamy Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

    2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
    4 tablespoons brummel brown
    2 cups 2% milk sharp cheddar cheese
    .5 cups mild cheddar cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    .5 cup fat free sour cream
    1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
    .5 teaspoon salt
    1 cup 1% milk

Directions

Boil macaroni until tender (approx 7 min). Drain. In medium saucepan, mix butter and cheese. Stir until the cheese melts. In a slow cooker, combine cheese/butter mixture and add the eggs, sour cream, soup, salt, and milk and stir well. Then add drained macaroni and stir again. Cook on low approx 3 hrs, stirring occasionally.
