Introduction

Easy, satisfying and delicious!

I am a vegetarian, but this recipe can also be prepared with chicken, ground turkey or ground beef (just cook the meat first).

It is impossible to mess up and comes out great everytime!

The following recipe makes 13 one cup servings.

Number of Servings: 13

Ingredients

    2 Cans White Corn
    1 Can Pinto Beans
    1 Can Black Beans
    1 Can Kidney Beans
1 Large (~3.25 Cup) Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Can Diced Tomatoes with Diced Green Chilis
    2 Packages Taco Seasoning
    1 Package Ranch Seasoning
    1 Package Veggie Crumbles

Directions

Add all ingredients in large pot or crock pot. Make sure to drain the corn, but do not drain any of the other cans.

I generally find it good after about ten minutes of cook time, but additional time will not hurt at all just be certain to add water if needed to maintain the consistency.

Heat and serve!
