Diane's Corn Salad

Introduction

Quick, Cheap, Easy, Very Yummy Salad Quick, Cheap, Easy, Very Yummy Salad
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 (8oz) can mexi-corn, drained
    1 (12oz) can corn, drained
    1/2 C chopped red onion
    1/2 C chopped green bell pepper
    1 C shredded cheddar cheese
    1 C light or reduced fat mayonnaise
    3/4 bag (7.5oz) chili cheese Frito's

Directions

Mix first six ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 60 min but two hours is best. Then crush Frito's bag and use 7.5oz of them.

Cook time is actually refrigerator time.
Makes 8-1/2C servings
