Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups turkey or chicken cooked and cut into
    bite size pieces
    1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons rice flour
    1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
    few drops yellow food coloring
    dash of mace or nutmeg

Directions

Make a white sauce by stirring flour into broth and cook over medium heat until it thickens. Add other ingredients and cook until heated through. Serve over toast, noodles baked or mashed potatoes or biscuits.
