Introduction

Great "dip" for a hot summer day! Great "dip" for a hot summer day!
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2-15oz cans black-eyed peas
    1-16oz Light Zesty Italian dressing
    1-2.5 oz chopped black olives
    1-small can chopped green chilies
    3-15oz cans diced tomatoes (or fresh tomatoes)
    1-15 oz can yellow corn
    1-15oz can white corn
    1-15oz can black beans
    1-red onion, chopped
    1- bunch cilantro, chopped
    1/2 T minced garlic

Directions

Drain very well & thoroughly rinse all canned items, draining all liquids completely. Stir together and let chill 1 hour in the fridge (or longer is fine). Serve with any scoop tortilla chips or fritos even. Can also be served over lettuce. VERY EASY!!! 1 cup serving size
