Asparagus Stir Fry with Chicken and Rice

    Long grain white rice, 2 cup
    Water, tap, 2.5 cup (8 fl oz)
    balsamic vinegar, 4 tablespoon
    Westpace Quick 'n' Easy Combos - Asparagus Stir Fry, 5 cup
    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 16 oz
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Onion powder, 4 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 4 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 2 tbsp


Pan fry chicken in 2T olive oil. Sprinkle chicken with half of the onion and garlic powders and all of the black pepper. Cover and cooke until done. Set aside.

Cook rice as directed on the package.

Cook stir fry vegetables in same pan as chicken. Sprinkle with onion and garlic powders and a couple tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Cook until veggies are tender crisp.

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and toss back into the pan with the veggies. Add rice. Sprinkle dish with any remaining spices and vinegar. Add water if too dry for your taste.
