the combination of these vegetables is out-standing. Especially after they start to brown. the combination of these vegetables is out-standing. Especially after they start to brown.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 medium zucchini quartered/sliced
    1 yellow squash quartered/sliced
    1 green pepper chopped
    1 medium vadilia onion chopped
    1/4 cup flour
    2 tbl canola oil

Directions

cut up zucchini; yellow squash, pepper;onion.
put in plastic zip lock bag and add flour; salt & pepper. Shake until flour has coated veg. Get pan hot and add oil and then the veg. Stir often. It will begin to brown nicely and then start flipping the chunks over......delicious.......makes about 4 ....1 cup servings
