This is a wonderful recipe if you like salmon. We had always just grilled or baked it with lemon pepper or ordinary salmon seasoning. This is a great alternative that is easy and satisfies the sweet tooth. This is a wonderful recipe if you like salmon. Ingredients

1- 20 oz salmon filet (frozen or fresh)
1/2- cup soy sauce
1- cup light maple syrup
2- tbsp grated ginger root
1/4- cup lime juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place salmon filet on greased aluminum foil on cookie sheet. (Foil needs to be big enough to form tent or steam pocket for salmon) Combine all other ingredients in small mixing bowl. Pour ingredients over salmon filet. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Makes 5-6 5oz servings.
