Brown Rice Pilaf

Introduction

Veggies and Brown Rice Mix Veggies and Brown Rice Mix
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    about 1/2 cup each chopped onion, green pepper and mushrooms (or whatever veggie you wish to add)
    5 grams or so of chopped garlic (to taste)
    2 tsp Olive Oil
    1 cup Jubilee Brown Rice Blend
    2 cups boiling water

Directions

Heat oil in pan until hot. Saute vegetables and onion. Add rice mix and stir well. Add water. Bring mixture to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 50 minutes or until water is absorbed. Let stand for 10 minutes covered. Fluff with fork and enjoy!
