Ingredients

2 medium or 3-4 small unpeeled zucchini, sliced
1 onion, sliced
3 whole tomatoes, sliced
1 TBS oregano
1 TBS basil
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper
1-2 cups tomato sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
4 TBS parmesan cheese
real bacon bits-4 TBS
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Place in casserole dish, adding seasoning to each layer:
zucchini, onion, tomato, oregano, basil, garlic, salt and pepper
Pour over:
tomatoe sauce
Cover and bake for 35 minutes.
Uncover and add bread crumbs and cheeses. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes uncovered.
