Layered Summer Salad

Introduction

This recipe was a remake of a Kraft Food & Family recipe. I love this salad and wanted to make it lower in fat and calories. This recipe was a remake of a Kraft Food & Family recipe. I love this salad and wanted to make it lower in fat and calories.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    4c shredded lettuce
    1c chedder cheese shredded
    2c sliced mushrooms
    1 med red onion
    1pkg(10oz) frozen peas cooked & drained
    1/2c reduced fat mayo(about 8tbsp)
    1/2c fat free sour cream(about 8tbsp)
    5 slices bacon cooked & crumbled

Directions

Makes 12 servings 1c each.

Layer lettuce, 3/4c cheese, mushroom, onion, peas, in 9by13 pan.
Mix mayo, sour cream. Spread over salad to seal; cover. Refrigerate at least 5 hours or overnight.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon before serving.
