Addy's Corn Pie

Introduction

Delicious low-fat corn pie, moist and tender Delicious low-fat corn pie, moist and tender
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup corn meal
    1 cup cream style corn
    1 cup sweet peppers
    1 cup onion
    6 oz plain yogurt
    1 egg
    1 pinch salt
    1 dash black pepper
    1 tsp baking powder

Directions

Dice sweet peppers and onions. Pour in bowl and mix in cornmeal, cream style corn, yogurt, egg, salt, black pepper and baking powder.
Grease dish and place in pre-heated oven 350 degrees.
Ready when slightly golden on top or when stuck with fork comes out clean.
Makes 9 servings.
