    2 MED CARROTS THINLY SLICED
    1 MED ZUCCHINI THINLY SLICED
    1MED ONIOM THINLY SLICED
    1 C V8 JUICE
    .25C PARMESAN CHEESE GRATED
    .25TSP DRIED OREGANO
    .25TSPGARLIC POWDER
    2C COOKED PASTA SHELLS

Directions

Cook pasta by pkg. directions.heat oil in a skillet,add carrots zucchini,onion and cook until tender -crisp.Add v8 cheese,oregano & garli.Heat to a boil.Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until veg. are tender.Add pasta heat through
