Ingredients

    3 lb pork roast
    4 tbl soy sauce
    1 tbl cooking sherry
    1 tbl cornstarch
    2 cloves garlic
    pepper to taste

Directions

preheat oven 275 degrees.
Coat meat with coating mixture. It seals in the juices & makes the meat crisp on the outside & tender & juicy on the inside. Roast in oven until meat thermometer registers 170 degrees. approx
45 min per pound. 6 4 0z. servings

I poke holes in meat before adding mixture so it can get inside the roast.
