1 ripe tomato, diced large
1/2 English Cucumber, sliced
1/2 Vidalia Onlon
1 Tbs honey
2 Tbs rice vinegar
10 basil leaves, chopped
1 sprig fresh rosemary, de-stemmed and chopped
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (or to taste)
In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and combine.
Cover and put in the refrigerator for one hour or more.
