Terresia's Curry Coconut Chicken

Ingredients

    Hillshire farm Lite Smoked Sausage, 16 oz
    1.5 cup - Lentils
    1 - Can Coconut Milk
    4 - Chicken Thighs
    16 oz - Frozen Spinach
    1 - Package of frozen Okra
    2 - Bay Leaf''s
    1 tsp - Curry powder
    1 tsp - Garam Masala
    1//2 tsp - Cumin
    Dash of Cayenne Pepper
    32 oz. - Organic Free Range Chicken Broth
    Water enough to fill the pot a little over 1/2

Directions

Cook chicken in broth, water and seasonings for 30 mintues then add the rest of the ingredients except for the coconut milk and cook for another 30 minutes to an hour. It depends on if you add frozen chicken and sausage like I did. Add the coconut milk when the soup/chicken is done. Stir and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
