Introduction

An adaption of a granola bar recipe I found online. An adaption of a granola bar recipe I found online.
Number of Servings: 28

Ingredients

    .5 cup flax seed meal
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup quick cooking oats
    1 cup peanut butter
    1 cup honey (I would use .5 cup next time)
    50 cashews
    .33 cup lite coconut milk
    cinnamon
    vanilla
    pinch of salt


Directions

Mix all ingredients
add oats if too thin or more coconut milk if too thick
spread into a sprayed cookie sheet
cut into 28 pcs (1 oz per pc)
bake at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes
leave in oven for a crunchier bar.

approx 150 calories per oz.
