Turkey Loaf

Introduction

Tastes like Thanksgiving! Tastes like Thanksgiving!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1# ground Turkey
    1/2 onion-chopped
    1-2 stalks celery-chopped
    1/4 green pepper-chopped
    (above three items should be equivalent to the 1/2 onion chopped)
    1/2 C. stuffing cubes (not stove top)
    1 C. low fat turkey gravy

Directions

Sautee the 3 veggies w/ a non-fat cooking spray.
Mix with the stuffing cubes then add to and mix w/ the turkey.
Put in a loaf pan and poke holes in the top w/ the handle of a wooden spoon before pouring the gravy over top.
Bake at 350 for 45 min.
In my house it serves 5
