Low Carb Crustless Pizza

Ingredients

Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 2 lbs
Italian Sausage, pork, 1 lb
Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes, 1 can
Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup slices
Mozzarella Cheese 2 cups
Green Peppers 1/2 cup, strips
Directions
Preheat oven to 400*. Mix ground turkey with pizza seasonings. Divide into two pie pans and flatten. Cook for approximately 30 minutes until meat is done. Top with other ingredients. Put back into oven approximately 15 minutes, until cheese is melted. Cut each "pie" into fourths. Enjoy!

Do you put the sausage on top, or mix it with the turkey? - 10/20/08

We used the ground turkey as the "crust" and the sausage as a topping. We did precook the sausage before putting it on top with the other toppings.
