Aunt Jemima Whole Wheat Pancakes

Introduction

I made these using the box mix but substituting nonfat milk for regular. I thought they were great, although the kids weren't AS excited! I made these using the box mix but substituting nonfat milk for regular. I thought they were great, although the kids weren't AS excited!
Number of Servings: 11

Ingredients

    2 cups Aunt Jemima Whole Wheat Pancake & Waffle Mix
    2 cups nonfat milk
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. oil

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together.

Let sit 1-2 minutes so that batter will thicken.

Use approximately 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.

Makes approximately 22.
