Healthy Fish Dressing

Ingredients

    2 C. Sliced Mushrooms (Fresh)
    1 C. Scallions Chopped (Fresh)
    1 3/4 C. Dice Tomatoes (Fresh)
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    4 Cloves of Garlic
    1-2 oz of Lemon Juice (Fresh)

Directions

Place all ingredients in skillet and saute until all vegetables are tender. This is a nice added topping to make fish more flavorful, colorful and appetizing.
