Soy Protein Breakfast Bars

Introduction

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 cup soy protein powder
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    2 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup wheat bran
    1/2 cup flaxseed meal
    1/2 cup wheat germ
    1 cup raisins
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 1/2 cup lowfat plain yogurt
    1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl. Add wet ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spray 13 x 9 glass pan with spray. Use spatula to press mixture firmly in. Cook in center rack for 30 minutes. Let cool, store in airtight container in frig.
