Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 bag frozen mixed veggies
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 pie crust, refrigerated

Directions

Boil chicken breast, then cut into bitesize pieces. Add chicken breast, mixed veggies, and soup to a casserole dish. Put pie crust on top. Cook in a 350* oven for 30-45 minutes.

    Yummy! I used 98% red. sodium cream of chicken soup also. This was better than I ever hoped for. It did take mine a lot longer to cook though. I had to finally turn up the heat to get the crust to brown. - 1/15/09

  • We loved it! I used the 98%ff red. sodium cream of chicken soup. Next time I might try the low fat crescent rolls for a thicker crust. I will make this again & again! - 11/7/08
