Ingredients

    5 oz whole wheat pasta
    1 c shredded carrots
    1 c chopped and seeded red/green peppers
    1 c. bean sprouts
    1 c chopped cherry tomatos
    1/4 cup crumbled feta
    1/4 c sliced green olives
    2 marinated artichoke hearts
    2 tbs lemon juice
    4 tsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    2 dashes of tabasco

Directions

Boil pasta, chop veggies and toss all ingredients into large salad bowl.
