Black Bean and Pineapple Salsa Quesadillas

Submitted by: KEAMCCULLOUGH

Introduction

This is a great recipe when you're short on time, but looking for flavor. I make mine with store bought pinapple salsa, but feel free to use your favorite flavor or make your own salsa.
