Introduction

These muffins have wheat germ, soy flour,flax seed meal, whole wheat flour, corn meal, unsweetened applesauce, vanilla soy milk and egg whites. The sugar content is just miniscule and there is no cholesterol and the carb content is low for muffins. You could use these for breakfast or a snack or a side item. Ingredients

    Soy Flour 1/4 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour 1/2 cup
    Flax meal (groud flax) 1/4 cup
    Wheat Germ 1/4 cup
    Yellow Cornmeal 1/2 cup
    Baking Powder 1 tsp.
    Salt 1/2 tsp
    Egg Whites 2
    Vanilla Soy Milk 1 cup

Directions

makes 12 muffins or if you can afford the carbs it makes 6 large (just double the nutritional values) spray your muffin tin with pam or line them with the paper thingys fill 2/3 full and bake @ 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
