Taco Salad

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Yves ground round
    1/2 large onion - chopped
    1 Jalapeño pepper - chopped
    1/2 small zucchini - chopped
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 cup kidney beans
    1 head of chopped romaine lettuce
    sour cream
    2 green onions - chopped
    1/2 cup salsa

Directions

In a large bowl place a little of the onion, green onion, lettuce and salsa. Cook the onion, jalapeño, cumin, paprika and zucchini together until the onion is tender. Add the ground round and salt and pepper to taste. Add the beans to the ground round mixture and let cool for a few minutes. Toss all ingredients except sour cream together and place in bowls. Garnish with sour cream.
