black bean wraps black bean wraps
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 flour tortillas
    1 can black beans rinsed and smashed
    1 scallion
    2 T. fire roasted salsa
    3/4 c. shredded ceddar
    1 T. butter

Directions

smash beans and scallion and salsa.
add cheese
wrap. add 1T. of butter to pan and cook.
can add sour cream, salsa, or guac once cooked.

  • These were so unhealthy and so high in calories I had to make changes. I used whole wheat tortillas, 1/4 c black beans, salsa and onions, 2% cheese and lettuce, tomatoes, and still saved 200 calories. - 8/6/08
