2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 zucchini, sliced
1 summer squash, sliced
4 small red potatoes, quartered
1 28-oz can Hunts Tomatoes w/Basil & Onion
1/3 cup Veggie Shreds
Remove from oven and top with Veggie Shreds. Return to oven for 10 minutes or until mixture melts.
Serves 6 with 1 piece of chicken and generous veggies.
