Ingredients

    # Turkey Polish Sausage, 3 oz
    # Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    # Carrots, raw, 2
    # Celery, raw, 2 stalk,
    # Garlic, 3 clove
    # Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    # Jalapeño Peppers, 1 pepper
    # Turnips, 1 medium
    # Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 1 cup
    # Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

Directions

Heat oil and cut up veggies. Slice sausage and boil potatoes until tender. Cook all ingredients in pan until crispy on edges.
